If you are looking for something fun yet a little different as an after school snacks for the kids, then this is for you. Simple to make and the kids will love them and so will you!
- Yield: 12 Servings
- 1 pkg. Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 8 oz. non-dairy whipped topping thawed
- 1 pkg. Citrus Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- Combine prepared Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix with whipped topping; chill. Prepare Citrus Sugar Cookie Mix as directed on the package; cool. Once cookies are completely cooled, spread Key Lime mixture on bottom side of cookies. Place another cookie on top to make a sandwich. Place in refrigerator or freezer. Makes about 12 cookie sandwiches.
